Kevin & Melanie Smith have been successfully running M&M Property Maintenance since 2005.
In need of challenges and a new adventure, we moved from Lymington in Hampshire to a small village in the southern Charente-Maritime in 2004. To facilitate our growing number of both English & French clients, we moved to Chateaubernardon the outskirts of the beautiful town of Cognac with our gorgeous cats in 2015.
Kevin worked for a major UK Yacht Club on the South Coast of England where he was responsible for the maintenance of the clubs' buildings and boats. Melanie has a long career in administration and worked for the same Yacht Club and was responsible for the organisation of the sailing programme.
We have a broad range of experience in modernising and renovating properties both in France and the UK. Away from our busy working lives, we enjoy our own garden, eating out, our wonderful cats and long Sunday lunches with our network of close friends.
